How to Get a Twitter Tweet Link

When entering a giveaway, you are often required to leave a "Tweet Link" to verify that you've "Tweeted" on Twitter. Below are instructions on how to obtain your "Tweet Link".

Go to Twitter and Tweet your message like you normally would. After you click update, take a look at your "Tweet". Just below it, notice it says "XX minutes ago from web" (or whichever application you may be using)--that is a hyperlink. You can "hover" your cursor over it and it should become underlined to show it is a clickable link.

You can then either right click your mouse on this link and copy the link location, OR you can just click on the link. Upon clicking on the link, it should take you to a page that only has your "Tweet" displayed on it. You can then go ahead and copy the link from the address bar.

Go back to the giveaway entry place and "paste" this link into your comment.

There you have it--you can now copy/paste your Twitter "Tweet Link".
